Examples of EASY (and cheap) Birthday Party Decor

Here's some simple ideas we gathered off the web and adjusted to our theme. Really rather inexpensive, if you know where to look for the items!
Simple ribbon bouquet. I got the idea off Pinterest (of course, LOL), via Etsy,and found a GREAT deal on Ebay for the matching ribbon. It DID take me about 8 out of the 12 yard of ribbon I bought!
