I know this is an oldie but a goodie, but we ha done of those mom-daughter psychic moments- i told her I'd been hunkering for good old Chicken Rotel or King ranch Casserole, and she said funny, i just printed out the original noodle casserole recipe! AHA, a sign! Add to the ingredients were in the fridge/pantry, and dinner was set!
Now we DID veer off the recipe a tad-we didn't have any egg
